  Urban Invites you to his Hope Island Clinic, where he has been in residence for over 14 years.

Helping you in a caring, nurturing and

confidential manner is my passion.

The decision to pursue this Profession on a

fulltime basis came after having used the techniques

of Hypnotherapy, as well as some

‘good ol’ fashioned tenacity’, to twice overcome

paralysis of arm and leg caused by
 Strokes & Hemiplegic Migraine.

I am so passionate about being able to help

The reason I am is 
that a central part 
of my recovery,
and onwards into the work I do
 was the complete resolution 
of my own anxieties and lack of confidence


As part of being completely fascinated in the ways
 Stress and Anxiety could be the instigators of these massive vascular events, 
The study of Hypnotherapy& HypnoAnalysis
 enticed me.

The rest,as they say, is history.
