Your Subconscious Mind 'feeds on' what you predominantly 
think about and say to yourself. 
Out of that, it creates the habits it uses to operate you
when you are in auto-pilot mode.

Do you feed it the raw materials to have
good, positive, beneficial habits
or are you feeding it 'Junk Food'...

Remember... you are the only person who can
 decide what words you think and 
which pictures you create within your mind...

Be the Pilot who creates the auto-pilot settings!



The reasons just keep accumulating as to why it is so important to have an initial consultation with your therapist before you start.
Apart from having the ability to have all your questions answered, you have the chance for both parties to find out if it feels like a good fit.
To notice how comfortable you feel with this person.
After all, you are about to create what is known as
 the 'Therapeutic Relationship' with your chosen therapist.

Time and time again research shows that the quality of the 'Therapeutic Relationship' has such a beneficial effect on you (as the client), both short term and long term,
when the quality of that T R is high enough to create a real ease and comfort ...




There comes a time in all our lives when enough is enough

when some event, thought  or feeling 

becomes so overwhelming that you just know 

that it is time to change something

 to do more than just

 make life more endurable.
 
To actually make it  enjoyable

As that time comes into your heart,

is  -less-  about fixing something broken

in ways that benefit your day to day life

 by learning to work with your mind

Self-Acceptance is dependent on
  willingness to make real,

to myself,

that I feel what I feel

and think what I think.

Therefore I allow myself to be who and what I am.

Then and only then can changes be made...

maybe it isn't such a scary word

What if..

it simply means having response-ability, the ability to respond

 

 

 

Because there is no such thing as failure,(just feedback)
there are only mistakes;

and what do we do from mistakes?

 

 

By treating each and every mistake as a chance to learn

we develop a storehouse of steppingstones

leading us through the foothills of life

onwards and upwards to the mountain top

to the goal that is kept in mind

Is it better for You to be building Mansions or hovels??

 

Spend Your Time on Solutions instead of on problems...
